Kyli shrugged May's arm off, "thanks for the offer" she said unenthusiastically, "but I've got quidditch practise" she lied.

kyli marched off, biting her stop as tears pricked her eyes. She wanted to run back and apologise - that was way out of order. But she'd said it, and she couldn't go back. She couldn't change her mind now...

Ok, it was in the dungeons so no one was really there except May.
But it was quite a sad sight all the same.
Imagine a small child with beeeg globs of tearies rollin down their face quietly.

Kyli felt a huge big blob of guilt rising in her gut. sh[zz]. She stopped, and was about to turn around, when she imagined facing him. and then felt bad. reaaaaaally bad. besides, what would she say? she hadn't meant to make him cry - it wasn't her fault. and she was still pissed off with Charles. Which, evidently, gave her an excuse to hate Sei. go figure.
