The woman eyed the group in a nasty, aloof manner before speaking.
"All of you. Sit down. Class is now resumed." Her voice was stern and none of them dared disobey the harsh new figure of authority.
The three adults let the classroom for a moment to discuss 'things'.

As soon as the adults left the room May became tense once more, her eyes flicking between her shaking friend, a white and bleeding Charles, and Sei. Who was just, Sei. After a couple of seconds she stepped away from Kyli and crossed to Charles, taking his injured hand and calling some bandages to her, effortlessly fixing the hand as a muggle would, "you should go the the hospital wing, get that seen to properly". She went back over to Kyli.

Charles said nothing, he stared at sei.
Kyli shook May off, "Now you two, seriously, what the bloody hell was that about?" she demanded, glaring pointedly at them both.

Leo re-entered the room with Tobi [is tht spelt right?] and glanced around, quickly realising something had happened and, for once, having the sense not to ask what. INstead he simply crossed the room and stood beside May, slipping an arm around her waist, not surprised to feel her lean back against him but unable to see the momentary flash of anger that appeared on her face at his assumption that everything was still okay between them after that morning.

Charles managed to break the chains tying his body, enough to move his head. He looked at the ground.
Kyli looked accussingly at him, "tell me what?" at Charles' silence, she repeated herself, "tell. me. what?!"
Charles felt himself burning with shame, and rubbed his elbows self-consciously. He felt himself glancing at Elsie, but hurried looked away. Kyli's eyes widened as her confusion heightened, "what- why are you looking at her? What she's got to do with-" she stopped as realisation dawned. Shaking her head, she tried to sort out the confusion, "no, you- you didn't," she looked at him, imploring him to deny it.

May's mouth dropped open in shock as she realised what Kyli was thinking. No, surely not. Charles was a bit of idiot but he would do THAT to her. Would he?

The teacher and the two mysterious women re-entered.
The blonde woman barked at them again. "I said sit down class! The rest of this lesson will be taken in silence, or else severe punishments will be handed out."
"Erm, if you would like to, continue with your potions please children, we might still be able to finish them in time."

Kyli didn't move, "tell me it isn't true." she said, looking him straight in the eye. She turned to Sei, "tell me it isn't true" she repeated, this time to him, pleading.

Sei shook his head sadly and sent her a mental message. sorry Kyli. It's true. Can we talk after class though?
"SILENCE CLASS" The lady with heavy glasses barked for a final time before settling down in a chair. [just imagine the exam invigilator lady today]
