''You stupid thing! thisis completely pointless!'' an angry and frustrated Kik stormed down the girls dormitorys. A fifth year moved in front of her ''Are you alr-'' But was inttereupted by ''Just move out the way before I turn you blue!'' Kik ducked under her arms. She went over to her friends. ''I can't do magic!'' Kik pulled out her wand ''The only thing I can do, is turn stupid things into stupid colours!''

Charles picked up his stuff, "coming you guys?"
Kyli nodded and picked up her stuff too, looking at Kik, "come on Kik, it's not that bad."
Cenizo made his way over to her. "i wrote to ollivander" he said, "apparently, the wand maker you bought it from has been trying to con you. it's jinxed, but don't worry, it's a simple enough counter charm"

Elsie chimed from somewhere nearby. She sat on the back of the sofa.
"My sister had the same problem, except minus the wierd colours. She turned out to be really good at herbology and care of magical creatures. Cheer up." She said smiling warmly.
"For once Elsie is right Kik, you've still got most of the lessons at this school to try. Perhaps you could get Thornton to look at it tonight when we're supposed to be going to his office." Sei suggested, picking up his bag and slinging it over his shoulder.
