Kyli beamed, they were mates then. she had a feeling that this was not wholly the case- but she ignored that. "come on guys, I guess we'd better be getting on with the homework"
Charles was relieved to see Sei hadn't pushed it. he made a mental note to try [hehehe, 'try'] to be nicer to Sei from now on. He followed Kyli to a seat and sat down.

Sei sat down with them and made a start on his homework.
Elsie and a group of other gossipy people came over.
"ooohmygod. Sei. .Are you a vampire?"
He turned around.
"What? Why would I be a vampire?"
"Because, you've got like, bite marks on your neck."
"No I havent."
"Yes you have, we saw them!"
He muttered something like a curse.
"It's not bitemarks."
"But. .you've hidden it, under your collar. We saw them when Charlie pulled it down."
"It's just a rash."
"But, it's all red. . . Why where you being so protective about it then! Huh?" She said, with a new spark of enthusiasm. "We saw you trying to push him away. Why would you do that unless you're hiding something!"
"Fine! Mabye I am vampire! Why do you care."
"Oooohmygod. You're a vampire."
"Yes, so f[zz] off before I drink your blood." He said morphing extending his canines and sending them running off.
He turned back round and shrank his teeth back to normal.
"I swear, I'm going to kill her one day."
He said going back to his homework.

"not if I kill her first" said Kyli, joining Sei. Charles couldn't personally see what everyone's problem was with Elsie. She was pretty and funny and lively...

He got out another lessons homework.

"no lesson is pointless" Kyli said, mimicking her sister Chriss'ys tone. She turned to her homework, writting neatly and curlyly.

He said looking back over what he'd written.
"Defence against the dark arts. The stuff about Expelliamus, it's all really obvious."
The five minute bell went for their next lesson.
