[sunday 1st of february]
Elsie, Donna [probably] and various other tarts entered the common room, pretty much buzzing with excitement.
"OhmehgawdOHmehGAWD! I didn't realise how close Valentines day was! It's on Tuesday! That's like, two days away!!!"
General squeals of agreement followed and babbled conversations about the valentines day ball and who'd be giving/getting valentines to/from who sprung up randomly.

Being the nosy tart she was, Elsie felt it was only proper to include Kik (dispite her obvious lack of fashion sense) in the festive conversation. She perched on the edge of Kik's chair and leaned over a bit.
"Soo Kik. Who're you gonna send a valentines to?" She grinned in a girly way. "Or are you hoping to get one from anyone special?"

Kik turned to Elsie her eyebrows raised. Then she looked past her at the shuffling Charles. Kneeling up She said to him "I don't get it" She said to him. Knowing full well he knew what she meant "Anyway Elsie" Kik turned back to her. "Why are you such a gossip? I mean, what is so fascinating about knowing evrything baout everyone?"

Elsie raised her eyebrows. "Sheesh, I was just asking. It's called being sociable . Try learning the definition sometime."
She turned back to her crew and they walked off.
