Seriously.
But he smothered the urge to beat sense into and instead settled for some consoling words.
"You really shouldn't say that. All parents have their bad points, that's just how they are. But you've got to focus on the good bits, because they're probably doing exactly the same with us. You've just got to find something that you're not at each others throats about."
He said with a smile.
"Besides, you've got the whole of this term to cool off before you see him again in the summer."

The corners of his mouth rippled into a very small smile, then sunk back into place. He leant back in the chair sofa and closed his eyes.
