Kyli looked back at Sei, unsure why she was just standing here. But the air was full of some kind of... magic. She didn't want to talk, didn't want to break that magic. She stared back at Sei, stared into his eyes...

Sei smiled. Grateful for having someone he could confide in. . .well, mabye not confide in. But at least talk to. . . well, maybe not even that, he'd just lied through his teeth.
All the same, it was nice to at least have someone who was there.

Sei realised how long they'd been staring and looked at the floor quickly, one hand rubbed the back of his neck in embarassment.
"Uh. So. . Shall we, uh, go. Back down?"

Charles waved at them as they entered, wondering why they'd taken so long...
Kyli felt an inexplicable feeling of guilt as she waved back to Charles and ran to join him.
