Waiting for the ball

Jaxio had a black scorpion in his hands, having left his snake in his dormitory (he was dressed as a vampire). He was waiting for Rosi to come down from getting dressed. She was keeping him waiting on purpose...

The two of them really didn't get on- they were only going together because reputation called. rosi was one of the only two decent looking girls in the year- and he was the fittest guy in the year. So they would dance with each other and show off to everyone else, whilst hissing snide comments out of the sides of their mouths.

Rosi came down- wearing a stunning dress. It was back and rippled from waist down. Her hair was in a posh updo and she had thick make-up on. She wasn't in costume. that was childish.

Jaxio offered her his arm, and she took it, not saying a word. Jaxio led them down to the entrance hall [dew is fallen tears]

Jack had decided he would go. And was dressed in black dress robes. He hadn't bothered to get a partner. He would get one on the night!
