It's easy to fall when you float like a cannonball

Kyli entered the common room and flopped down on a sofa next to Charles. "afternoon" she said happily.

"how did it go?" Charles asked

Kyli was beaming as she told them all about her first quidditch practise.

Sei had gone to the owlery to check for a reply from Saire after eating an orange and a croissant for lunch. He re-entered the common room a few minutes after Kyli had finished telling them about the quidditch trials. He decided it would probably be best if he asked a couple of questions before heading up to the dormitories to read his letter. He tucked it inside his robe whilst walking over to them and sitting down.
"Hey Kyli. How did Quidditch go?"
He asked with the usual 'not quite in reality' smile that was on his face whenever he was thinking about Saire.

"great, thanks!"

Kyli began to recount her story, when she noticed the way he was looking at her, "you could at least try and look interested!" she said, pretending to be cross.

He grinned.
"Sorry. I do care. It's just I've got another letter from Saire."
He said with a dreamy sigh.
"Go on, finish telling me about it."

"shall I bother?" asked Kyli, "or do you want to go read your letter- I won't mind y'know!"

"No! No. It's fine. I can wait a few more minutes. Besides, I want to find out about your Quidditch try out."
He said smiling.

So Kyli told him, grinning .

"Awsome! So we'll all be cheering for you in the matches."

''Hello people-o'' Kik said as she (as per usual) skipped over

"Hey Kik."
Sei said with a smile.
"Ok, see you round guys. I'm going to read my letter now."
He said walking off to the boys dormitories.
