Kyli pushed her way away from the others. It was break, and she was going to make the most of the few minutes she had… her eyes flicked over the bookshelves as she searched for a decent book… why not use something she’d learnt about sei’s dad, to help her on. “The top one hundred story tellers of the past two hundred years”. That looked promising.
She sat down at a small desk, and flicked open the book. It was set out in the most boring fashion… small print, small margins, lots of pages. Well, she wouldn’t be taking this book out- no way.
So she set to work reading. And reading. And reading. She managed to catch quite a few references to Esiloquism. It was described as the most unique discovery in story-telling… one story teller was quoted to have described it as, “ a miserable waste of time and talent ”. But nothing useful… and then-
“ Té Carters- inventer of the world renowned Esilquism ”
Kyli’s pen was out and she was scribbling…
“ Té Carters was in born 3rd of October 1967 in Glenealy. From an early age he was into story telling and chose the name Té over his original name, Téadóir. He attended Hogwarts School of Witch craft and Wizardy and was discovered to be a successful and reasonably powerful wizard-”
Blah, blah, blah…
“ he spent many years developing his technique at creating a projection from the mind into dimensional space. Unfortunately, it was time consuming work, and left him without a job and penniless. Things were looking bleak when Téadóir’s funds hit rock bottom. And then they went from bad to worse when he was accused of kidnapping Spanish witch,by the name of -”
And then a nasty horrible splodge of some kind covered the words. Great. A semi-complete biography. Kyli began to scribble down the information that was readable- she would try and make sense of it in charms…
The bell rang and Kyli headed to her next lesson
