"cool!" said Kyli. she'd developed the pictures herself, and had been really proud of the results... the one where she was a guy was hilarious, although she had a strange feeling that Charles did look a bit gay...

Elsie and Max burst into giggles as smellyface-senior-junior-junior-the-thirtysecond fell over a twig.

Kyli forced a small laugh, "yeh, that sounds like just the sort of rubbish that Elsie would make up."
Charles came back carrying the gnome by its hind legs, "wretched creature!" he said, grinning

Sei smiled at Charlie struggling with the small creature and levitated it out of his hands. He set it down on some woodchippings on the floor and it snuffled around cheerfully.

Cenizo looked up at his name. "huh?"
"honestly Cenizo!" said kyli, "why don't you try actually doing practical work, as aposed to just writing all the time!?"
"nah, I'm good!" said cenizo with a laugh. no way was he going anywhere near that thing...

Sei levitated some wood chippings to confuse the gnome, it stared jumping up a bit and trying to eat them.
He watched boredly, wishing that lessons were over and he could go to the owlery.
