Kyli watched the water droplets on the window chasing downwards. The rest of the dormitory was strangely distant, she had no interest in whatever the others were getting up to. She stared out at the dark sky, her mind once again on Sei. where was he? She tried not to think about those dreams she'd been having. surely an eleven year old couldn't have been put in azkaban! it was just so... evil... And on his birthday too...

it had been earlier that day when it had hit her. She couldn't believe that she had almost completely forgotten about his birthday. his birthday. Something wasnt right with the world when such a special day could pass completely unnoticed, whilst the person it applied too was quite possible equally forgotten by those that mattered.

She warmed the air around her again and checked it's solidity. She took a step down, then another and another. It was slow work. Every time she moved, she had to make the air solid. I'll never be able to run in the air! I'll just be able to hobble! How does Luzon do it?! While thinking, the air around her started to dissolve [which means it un-solidifies]. She felt herself slipping, then falling. She called out just before she hit the ground . . .

. . . then woke up suddenly. Sitting up, she put a hand to her throbbing head. Rubbing it, she stood up slowly, then hearing one of the girls mumble, walked quickly out of the dorm. The common room was fortunately empty. Sitting on the sofa nearest to the ebbing fire, she half closed her eyes.
