Kyli looked at lEo straight in the eye, witheringly, "I'm a metamorphmagus" she said, not in the mood for his flirting. She was about to turn back to her work, but decided that she couldn't bear the looks she was getting from them. "fine! I'll go apoligise!" she snapped, and tood up, ignoring the books that fell onto the floor.

Feeling rather put out at Kyli's cold reception of what was obviously the best sympathy ever [he really has no idea does he?!] Leo merely watched her go, not thinking fast enough to jump in with some comment about how wonderful she was.

Kyli pushed into the dormitory, wondering whether May would be crying, doing homework, or burning things. She hoped it would be the last one- angry people were easier to deal with than miserable wrecks..

Having sat there for a while May had gone past the sobbing stage and was now lying on her bed and firing staining speels at Kyli's bed. They were easily reversable and not helping the situation, but it made her feel better!

Kyli tried to hide her sigh of relief as she noticed May was angry. Hopefully it would be easier to make it up to her if she wasn't sobbing. "hey... may" she said, cautiously, hoping not to trigger may into firing at her.

May still didn't turn, continuing to stare sullenly across the room, but she did stop firing spells at Kyli's bed, "really?' she said sarcastically, "because you sure didn't sound sorry."

May closed her eyes momentarily and sighed. It was true, she was angry with Kyli, and she knew she had every right to be, Kyli was her closest friend and she really didn't have the will-power to fight with her. So she rolled over and sat up, facing her, "ok," she saud slowly, "but Kyli, please, if you don't tell me what's wrong then don't take it out on me. It;s not fair. And it's horrible, I thought I'd done something to upset you!"
