Cenizo looked around to check no-one was looking. It was a good job that the Charles Kik thing was attracting lots of people. He stood up and walked over to get the letter. He opened the window a little bit so that the owl could pass him the letter and fly away. But this being his dad's owl, had to make a scene! The owl wouldn't hand him the letter. And when he tried to get it, the owl nearly pecked his finger off. He opened the window properly and the owl hopped in and hovered round his shoulders. Cenzio could feel and see people looking at him as he sat down again.
'Great(!) Thanks Dad!' The owl stood on the arm of the sofa and Cenizo took the letter from his leg.

Kik scremaed slightly at falling backwards and automatically let go off Charles and curled in her little ball. After landing with a thud, Kik was the first to react. ''Ha! I got you on the floor! I got you on the floor!'' She danced with joy

"Don't draw attention to it!" Cenizo mumbled angrily. People were beginning to stop staring. The bird was now flying aroun the common room.

Kik turned curiously at Cenizo ''And you are going to reply aren't you'' It was more of an order than a question.... ah well ''Oi!'' she shouted as she saw Charles begain to get up. She pushed him on the floor again ''I'm soaking wet ith pumpkin juice. And you are wet with ink. You really want to get me mad?''

Cenizo, in reply to your letter; i've been very busy at work as your mother said. Everything is fine, although keep an eye on the Daily Prophet. There's a good article coming up soon. Who do you have for Potions? Why do you hate them so much? You're quite good at potions, so keep concentrating on your studies. Everything will be fine. Speak to you soon.
