"what do you mean-?" Kyli asked, but Charles interupted her. His eyes had widened momentarily in fear that Sei would say more, and in the next instant a solution had presented itself. Without a second thought, and acting purely with the motive of shutting the interfering jerk up before he could say anything too damaging, he took the made his move.
He punched Sei.

Sei staggered backwards into a table sending a few things clattering to the floor.
"What the hell!!?"
He looked up, his hands clutching at his cheek.
I see he had the good decency to avoid my nose this time. But still. What a b[zz]! I'm going to get him good for that
Anger flashed in Sei's eyes through his fringe.
"You freaking pr[zz]!"
Fortunately the teacher had gone to check up on Tobi and Leo atm.

"sorry." CHarles said, feeling anything but, "my fist slipped" Inside his head was screaming. What the hell had he been thinking?! Now Kyli would know something was up. At least Sei might had the common sense to keep his trap shut now.

Sei brought himself back to his feet, venom across his eyes. [lets not forget, he's under Jaxio and Raika's influence now, he's a bit... angsty lol]
He looked vaguely like some kind of wild creature, glaring at Charles.
If you think I'm going to keep quiet now, you are so mistaken Sei sent to Charles along with the biggest snap of a headache he could summon in a hurry.

charles screwed up his eyes in pain, then glared at Sei, trying to conceal the shock that he'd resorted to magic as a defence. This wasn't supposed to be a duel... spurred on by the pain in his head, and a total fear of Kyli finding out about Elsie, he stepped forward.
"what the HELL is going on?" kyli demanded, looking swiftly from one to the other, "what on earth did you do that for?"
Charles didn't reply. he didn't know what to say. He hit Sei again.

Sei fell backwards hard with a cry. That time he had gotten just above the bridge of his nose. Oh come on! I can hardly say I wasn't expecting that! Angry sparks flashed across his vision and he pulled himself upwards to face Charles. Dark shadows began to creep around Charles' ankles. "Why the HELL did you do THAT!" yaaay, the rage!"I didnt even SAY anything!!!" |

May had, up until now, been doing a pretty good job of minding her own business, or at least retending to. But when Charles had punched Sei, her anger had flared. And now, with an argument going full steam, she couldn't stay put. No one got away with treating her mates like that (remind you of anyone?!) so, storming across the room into a situation that really didn't require her input she planted herself firmly between Sei and Charles, glaring at Charles. "What the hell do you think you're doing?!"
