Kik dared not to actually move. She would usually move to show her ignorance of being told what to do, but she really was scared. She saw Charles sit up in another bed, she was glad to see he wasn't being told he shouldn't move. Hearing Cenizo speak to her, Kik shifted her line of vision to him.

Cenizo tried to reach a cup of the black liquid, but his chest hurt too much. He gave up. Still feeling queasy.

Madam Pearl came rushing back in.
"You're going to have to wait for a while. I've got Professer Drint and the Headmaster working on the potion! Just don't move!" and she rushed back into her office.
"What's wrong with Kik!" Cenizo shouted after her. No reply.

Kik begain to shake, alot. She wished Vovo was here. He would help her. She whimpered. Why was the headmaster making a potion? What was wrong with her? She felt a tear roll down her cheek and wished someone would wipe it away. But she shouldn't move.

Charles was worried too, "what's wrong with her?!" he shouted at Madam Pearl. That hurt. His lungs were killing him.

Kik's eyes were doing all the moving that her body wasn't doing. She looked at Cenizo's worried and engry face and Charles painful face, obviosuly from shouting. She saw a lump in one of the beds at the end of the chamber. She concentrated really hard and saw a tuft of brown hair. Sei! Her eyes widened in panic, but they were interupted when she heard muttering voices.

Madam Pearl stuck her head out of her office.
"I can't tell you. Professer Thornton's orders. We've got a Healer from St.Mungo's coming to see her in a bit. And stop shouting. You'll damage your lungs!" her head popped back into her office.
Cenizo looked at her shocked. 'What could be so bad that they needed someone from Mungo's!!!'

Cenizo caught Kik's confused and upset eyes.
"St.Mungo's is the wizard hospital. It can treat anything. Don't worry. When they get here, you'll be fine!" Cenizo said. He wasn't only trying to convince Kik, bit himself as well.
