[alrighty. so elsie is fine with him being all mushy on kyli for now, she knows sei'll spazz it all up]
Sei came into the room, coaxing a miserable looking Tobi to smile.
"I'm sure... I'm sure she just.. er... it's going to be ok Tobi. No, noonono, don't cry. Arg."
Professor Keran gasped at the sight of a tearful pupil and rushed over.
"Oh my gooooodness, whateveristhemattersweetheart!?"
"His aunts dog died yesterday." Sei said almost automatically, she looked like an animal person and would most likely sympathise. "It was, tragic."
Tobi continued sniffing. Elsie rolled her eyes and found the ceiling fascinating.
"Would you, would you like to be excused for the lesson? Calm yourself down hm? Maybe some cocoa? Pumpkin juice? Sherbert Lemons?" She turned to Sei, "Are you one of his close friends?"
"Umm, I think, Leo? Is?" He replied, squirming slightly under the overly concerned gaze of the woman with various hankies now attempting to mop Tobi's face.
She waited for Leo to show a sign of himself before pulling him over.
"Why don't you two go to the library and maybe do some quiet private study, I mean, if you're feeling quite up to it. I can, um, give you both a copy of the lesson outline? Yes, and, and, some extra time in the end of topic assesment? Yes. Good. Alright. I hope you feel better soon dear." She called after them after ushering them out of the door with a small supply of goodies.
"Oh my. How tragic!" She wiped a small tear from her eye.
"I'm, I'm sure he'll be just fine miss." Sei assured her.
She smiled at him. "What a nice boy."
Then it was time to adress the class, lessons didn't teach themselves all the time.
"Ok class. Find your, um, seats please? I think we should begin the lesson. Maybe we can have a chat about what you've covered so far? Yes. Ok. Um, sorry -I don't know names. Could you please, um, sit down now?"
The class found their seats, Sei was sitting as far away from Charles as he could and Elsie was smiling to Donna, this would be an interesting lesson to say the least.
